Sintering car
Sintering car is an important part of sintering machine. Multiple carriages are formed into a closed sintering belt on the track. In the sintering process, materials are loaded, ignition is carried out, sintering is carried out, and sintered ore is discharged at the tail.
high-chromium cordierite grate
The high-chromium cordierite grate is the most consumed component in sintering machines. Installed on wear-resistant sleeves mounted on the carriage beams, it is arranged in two or three rows depending on the machine's size. Together with the carriage side plates, these components form a concave-shaped storage space where ore particles undergo uniform high-temperature sintering. During operation, the cordierite grate maintains direct contact with sintered ore particles in an alternating high-temperature and ambient temperature environment, reaching a maximum temperature of approximately 900℃.
